Terms of Service

Keyplan Studio is a trading name of Eduard Januzi, a sole proprietor based in Kosovo, at Vicianum Arberi, Prishtine. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Eduard Januzi, and “you” means the business or person that holds a Keyplan Studio account.

Keyplan Studio is software for building interactive property explorers. You draw hotspots over renders, floorplans and panoramas, link them into a tree of nodes, give each unit a status, and publish the result as an embed on your own website. We provide the studio, host what you publish, and serve the embed to your visitors.

The free Demo plan lets you try everything within its limits. Paid plans raise the limits described on our pricing page.

• Keyplan Studio is built for businesses and professionals who sell property. If you open an account for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what anyone you invite to it does.
• Tell us straight away at hello@keyplanstudio.com if you think someone else has got into your account.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you buy a plan you buy it from Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to the purchase alongside these terms.

• Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
• Prices are shown excluding VAT and sales tax. Paddle adds the tax that applies where you are at checkout.
• Upgrading to a bigger plan takes effect straight away and is prorated: you pay the difference for the rest of the current period now, or it is credited against your next bill.
• Moving to a smaller paid plan is not something you can do yourself yet. Write to us and we will arrange it.
• You can cancel at any time from your profile page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account moves to the free Demo plan. Cancelling does not delete your projects.
• If a payment fails, Paddle tries again and emails you a link to update your payment details. While it retries, your plan stays as it is. If the subscription ends because it could not be paid, the account moves to the free Demo plan.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• Enterprise plans and one-time services, such as mapping, migration and 360 capture, are agreed in a separate quote or contract. It applies alongside these terms and takes priority where the two differ.

Each plan sets how many projects can be live at once and how many units each project can have. Drafts do not count.

If your account moves to the free Demo plan, nothing is deleted and your live projects stay live. The Keyplan Studio mark returns to your embeds, links on cards are removed, statistics are limited to a visit count, and you cannot publish changes beyond the free plan’s limits until you upgrade or bring the project within them.

You keep every right to what you upload and create: renders, floorplans, panoramas, unit data and the explorers you build (“your content”). We do not claim ownership of it.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and display your content only as far as we need to run the service for you. That includes showing your published explorers to anyone who opens your embed or its link. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, and that what you publish, including availability and prices, is accurate and lawful. Published explorers are public: anyone with the embed or its link can see them.

You must not use Keyplan Studio to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright in images you do not own;
• publish false or misleading information about properties, prices or availability;
• upload malware, or try to break, probe or overload the service, or get around its limits;
• reach another customer’s account or data;
• copy or scrape the service to build a competing product.

We work to keep Keyplan Studio available and fast, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Only an Enterprise agreement includes a service level commitment.

We improve the service continually and may change or remove features. If a change takes away something important you are paying for, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel.

You can stop using Keyplan Studio at any time. To close your account and delete your data, email us. We delete your projects, files and account details within 30 days, except the records the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other customers at risk, or has not paid. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Sections 10 and 12 continue to apply after an account closes.

Keyplan Studio is provided as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, we exclude every warranty not set out in these terms.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, sales, business or data, however it arises. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in those 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change matters, we will email account owners at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms; if you do not want to, you can cancel.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo, and the courts of Kosovo decide any dispute about them, unless the law where you are based gives you the right to bring a claim there.
