Refund Policy
Last updated
If a plan is not right for you, you can have your first payment back within 14 days. Here is how that works.
1. Payments go through Paddle
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for every Keyplan Studio order, so refunds are issued by Paddle, to the payment method you used. Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply.
2. 14 days from your first payment
Ask within 14 days of the first payment for a new subscription, monthly or annual, and you get back everything paid on that subscription so far, including any upgrade charge made in that time. You do not need to give a reason.
- This applies once per account.
- A refund ends the plan: the subscription is cancelled and the account moves to the free Demo plan. Your projects are not deleted.
3. Renewals and later charges
Renewal payments, and charges made more than 14 days after the first payment, are not refunded. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Annual plans work the same way: within 14 days of the first payment you can have it all back, and after that the plan runs to the end of its 12 months.
4. Services and Enterprise
Mapping, migration, 360 capture and other one-time services, and Enterprise plans, are refunded as set out in their quote or contract.
5. How to ask
Email hello@keyplanstudio.com from the address on your account, with the date of the payment, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. You can also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net.
Once a refund is approved, how quickly the money reaches you depends on your bank or card provider.
6. Your rights
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the law where you live. Our Terms of Service cover everything else about plans and billing.
