Every plan includes the full authoring studio, so nothing here is a toll you have to pay to get started. These are for teams who would rather hand over the drawings and get a finished explorer back.

What people ask before they sign up.
What counts as a live project?
One development, published and reachable at its embed. Drafts are free and unlimited, so you can build the next launch in the studio while the current one is selling. A project you unpublish stops counting.
How are units counted?
Every hotspot you give a status (available, reserved, sold, coming soon) is one unit. A whole building marked sold counts as one, not as its forty flats, so you can sell a block without enumerating it.
What happens when a development sells out?
Archive it. The embed keeps serving in its sold-out state, the project stops counting against your plan, and nothing is deleted. Republish whenever the next phase launches.
Can we use our own branding?
Every paid plan removes the Keyplan Studio mark from the embed. Portfolio and above are fully white-label, which is what agencies reselling under their own name need.
Do you take VAT and US sales tax?
Yes. Prices are shown excluding tax; the correct VAT, reverse charge or state sales tax is applied at checkout and appears on a compliant invoice.
